- By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Products and Pricing
- We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or supplier updates.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout or at the point of sale applies.
3. Orders and Payments
- Orders can be placed in-store, via WhatsApp, or through our website/social media.
- Full payment or an agreed deposit must be made before delivery.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, M-Pesa, and bank transfers.
4. Delivery
- Same-day delivery is available within Nairobi for orders placed before 3:00 pm.
- Deliveries outside Nairobi are fulfilled within 48–72 hours, depending on distance and courier availability.
- Delivery fees vary depending on location and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect information or unavoidable circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather).
5. Installation Services
- For selected products (e.g., wallpapers, blinds, curtain rails, wall-to-wall carpets), installation services are available upon request at an additional cost.
6. Warranties
- Certain products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Please inquire at the time of purchase for details.
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage after delivery are not covered under warranty.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for indirect losses, including missed deadlines, business interruption, or consequential damages.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
