Refund and Returns Policy

At Mike Decor & Interiors, we value your satisfaction. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized items (e.g., made-to-measure curtains, blinds, or wallpapers cut to size).
- Used products, clearance items, or products damaged due to customer mishandling.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (M-Pesa, bank transfer, or cash).
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- Where possible, you may exchange an item for a product of equal or greater value.
- Any price difference must be covered by the customer.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange inspection and, where applicable, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
6. Delivery Timelines Reminder
- Standard delivery is same-day within Nairobi and within 48–72 hours outside Nairobi.
- Refunds and returns apply after these standard delivery timelines have elapsed.
